Ottawa-born artist Erik Hobbins is the RedBlacks’ featured poster artist for this game. What started as a COVID side project has blown up into a graffiti-meets-pop-culture style, sharpened in Bristol, UK, the home of Banksy. His spray-paint stencil work is loud, colourful, and full of nostalgia, celebrating everything from legendary athletes and musicians to the Saturday morning cartoons that shaped his childhood. Along the way, he’s caught the attention of Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, Xzibit, Nickelback, Grammy-winning producer Focus, the Ottawa Senators, and now the RedBlacks.
